Make your reservation by March 15 March 18, 2014 to lock-in these special rates and secure your place at the NCTTA-sponsored 4-star hotel for the 2014 Championships. The special rate of $109/night is available through NCTTA.
NOTE: Secure your Double Tree hotel reservations BEFORE registering on the NCTTA website so you will have the hotel confirmation number(s) to enter on the NCTTA website. You will need a different confirmation number for each room, so reserve one room at a time.
In order to continue this classy lodging for future championships, anyone that does not stay at the NCTTA-sponsored host hotel will pay an additional fee of $250 per singles player and $75 for each team member at the time of NCTTA registration. NCTTA registration will require a hotel confirmation number from the Double Tree along with a maximum of 4 player names in one room to avoid these penalty fees. The NCTTA will work with the Double Tree to cross-reference competing players with room confirmation numbers for compliance.
