Participant InformationQualification for Championships singles and team events is through NCTTA League play leading to one of six NCTTA Regional Championships. Individuals and teams that have been extended an official invitation to participate in the Championships can register for the event and make travel/lodging arrangements using the information below.
HotelThe Championships tournament hotels are Holiday Inn Rockford and Embassy Suites Rockford Riverfront. The Holiday Inn Rockford is located about 20 minutes from the UW Health Sports Factory (competition facility) and offers comfortably appointed guest rooms. Holiday Inn Rockford hotel is offering discounted rates for all of the tournament participants. Embassy Suites is walking distance from the venue, but it does not currently offer a tournament rate, teams can save money on transportation. Visit the hotel page for more information and to book your reservations (and take advantage of tournament rates). TravelAthletes participating in Singles/doubles events are suggested to book tickets departing after 7:00pm from local airports on Sunday April 12th Air travel
![]() Athletes will need to arrange their own transportation to and from tournament hotel and area airports. Ground Transportation is available at both RFD (Rockford Airport) and ORD (O'Hare International Airport) with a myriad of different options:
Local TransportationIt is suggested that athletes rent a car locally or at the airport they fly into. No tournament transportation will be provided.

Singles RegistrationSingles qualification is through the singles competition at the NCTTA Regional Championships. Qualification follows Sections 7.3 (National Championships Regulations) of the 2025-2026 Rules and Regulations. Invited qualifiers can register for the Championships by completing the following steps:

PEAKAPONG
Register for Peakapong through the invitation email sent to all Peakapong qualifiers. The NCTTA Championships Peakapong event will occur on Sunday April 12, 2026, between 12:30-3:30pm. Please note this event specifically takes places during the Men's/Women's Singles knockout/consolation rounds. You CANNOT play both. Doubles RegistrationDoubles registration is open to players that have already qualified for the Championships in either the singles or team event. Both players on a doubles team must represent the same school. The top 32 men's doubles teams and top 16 women's doubles teams entered by the registration deadline will be selected to compete in the Men's and Women's Doubles events. (Any doubles teams not selected will have their entry fee refunded at that time). See Section 7.4 of the NCTTA Rules and Regulations for more details on the doubles qualification process. Additional Coaches, Managers, or ChaperonesIn the event an additional coach, manager, or chaperone will be attending the Championships with a team or a singles player the cost is $200 per person. Each coach registration includes the following:
Schools sometimes only bring a single player to participate in singles/doubles without the rest of their school team. This coach, manager, chaperone should they attend the championships with said player will cost $75 per person. Each coach registration includes the following:
